Delete your account

If you still have Kalori installed, the easiest route is Settings → Delete Account in the app.

If you have already uninstalled it, sign in below with the same Google account you used in the app and you can delete it from here.

What gets deleted

Your account is scheduled for deletion 30 days ahead. Until then you can sign back in on this page and cancel it — nothing is removed during those 30 days.

After the 30 days, permanently and with no way to recover it:

  • your profile — age, sex, height, weight, goals and targets
  • every meal you logged, and every photo you uploaded
  • your reminder settings and push notification token
  • your Kalori sign-in account
  • any crystals you had left, which are not refundable

Your record of crystal purchases is kept as an anonymised financial record with every link to you removed, because we are required to keep records of transactions. It cannot be used to identify you. This is described in full in our Privacy Policy.

Signing in here is only used to prove the account is yours. It does not reinstall or reactivate anything.
